Jiffy Lube to be Honored in Top Five of Training Top 125
Thursday, February 11, 2016, INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Jiffy Lube will be recognized as one of the top five organizations in the Training Top 125 by Training Magazine. This will be the fourth consecutive year Jiffy Lube will receive the prestigious award for organizations that excel at training and human capital development. The distinction places Jiffy Lube in the second best, four year run in the history of the award and makes them eligible for induction into the 2017 Training Top 10 Hall of Fame.
The Training Top 125 program honors successful corporate learning and development systems, judging organizations in areas such as innovation, success factors, linkage to business goals, corporate commitment to training, and demonstrable results.
“This is a dream come true for those of us on the learning team. Who would have thought in 2010 when we finished at number 50, that six years later we would qualify for the Hall of Fame?” said Steve Sanner, Jiffy Lube of Indiana Owner.
The training programs at Jiffy Lube provide people a chance to build better lives for themselves. One of the most important parts of this program is the use of the industry’s only Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified training system to teach people skills they can use to further their career at Jiffy Lube, or even in a different organization.
Jiffy Lube’s specific ranking within the top five will be revealed at an awards Gala February 15, 2016 in Orlando, Florida.
