In December, Jiffy Lube of Indiana opens its 48th store. Located at 6322 West Thompson Road, Indianapolis, the new store will serve the Decatur Township area.
“Our guests should notice an immediate difference compared other locations. First, the building is HUGE!,” said Lonnie Hinkle, COO. “It also has an updated, industrial-style, look with softer colors, black steel roof trusses, and a galvanized roof.”
The reason for the new layout is that the store is specifically designed to provide services under the Jiffy Lube Multicare brand—offering all the core services of a traditional Jiffy Lube store, with the addition of brakes, tires, tune-ups, and minor repairs services.
“The service center is five bays. We have three bays for traditional Jiffy Lube services and two bays for Jiffy Lube Mulitcare services,” added Hinkle.
Brad Smith, a 13 year veteran of the Jiffy Lube of Indiana organization, will serve as manager. Once you meet Smith, it won’t take you long to realize why he was specifically chosen to run the Decatur Township Multicare store. His passion for providing fast and convenient service, is only exceeded by his devotion to ensuring each guest’s vehicle receives the care it needs to make their investment last.
“Everyone sees the Jiffy Lube stores on the corner, but they sometimes don’t realize all that we really do in a quick amount of time. In addition to the fast oil change that people expect, our technicians inspect so many other parts of the guest’s car or truck. A person’s vehicle is their investment. They rely on it to get back and forth to work. They rely on it to pay their mortgage. I take it very seriously that they trust us to take care of that investment,” said Smith.
