Hello all. My name is Lonnie Hinkle and I am the C.O.O. of Jiffy Lube of Indiana and also a partner. We have been in business in Indiana for 33 years and we understand that our long-term survival is based on repeat business. We want each and every guest to be treated the way our Mom would be treated! We aren’t owned by some big mega-corporation. We are Hoosiers that employ over 400 people right here in Indiana. Integrity is SUPER IMPORTANT to us. And that integrity has positioned us as a highly decorated and top Jiffy Lube franchisee in the country. We were named Franchisee of the Year for 2015 and we have won the Jiffy Lube International People Award four times for the programs we have in place to help our people advance both personally and professionally.
All Jiffy Lube service centers are independently owned and operated. There are no “company stores” operating in the Jiffy Lube system. We currently own and operate 46 Jiffy Lube service centers in Indiana and 2 in Illinois. The reason I bring this up is because the coupon that is being presented to you in this article is from a Jiffy Lube store in Kentucky. That is a completely different franchisee and they are not related to us in any way, shape or form. Unfortunately, whoever presented the image of this coupon for the story cut off the bottom of the image that clearly instructs the consumer to visit the Kentucky franchisee website for their participating locations. I have included a copy of the entire coupon so everyone can see where it really came from.
In the internet age, it is amazing how far coupons will travel. It is inevitable that a coupon from somewhere else in the country will make it to Indiana. Knowing this, we tell our people to offer $10 off for any deep discount coupons that may come in from other franchisees.
